Raw Vegan Honey Mustard

For the past few weeks I have been obsessed with using this dressing. I've been using it on salads, for dipping raw veggies, and for spreading on raw wraps. This "hone mustard dressing" is raw and vegan. It doesn't contain any honey or mustard, but it tastes just like the original.

1/2 avocado or 1 cup grapeseed oil

3 cups water

1/2 cup acv or lemon juice

1 cup dates

2 cloves garlic or 2tbsp garlic powder

3 teaspoons Turmeric

Himalayan salt to taste

1.) Add ingredients to high speed blender (vitamix or blentec)

2,) Blend until smooth

Add more water to get desired consistency

My Go To Raw Beauty Products

Regardless of what we all would like to believe toxins do not just appear in food form. They are literally everywhere. They sneakily appear in the air you breathe, the water you drink, as well as the things you put onto your body. The latter being one of the major causes of toxic build-up. The skin is the body’s largest organ and is porous; meaning that whatever you put onto the skin will eventually be absorbed by the body and end up in the bloodstream at some point.

Is a vegan lifestyle extreme?

Is the vegan lifestyle extreme?

Although extreme means going to the utmost or very great lengths in action, habit, opinion, etc. there is often a bad connotation associated with the word. There are many extreme diets and lifestyles. There’s extreme anorexia, extreme gluttony, but eating a diet of purely fruit and vegetables is not one of those extreme ideas.

The BEST post workout drink

Most people do not know this about me but I have always been and still am a very physically active person. I play as well as coach competitive soccer and on top of that I try to workout at least 3-4 times a week. Although the commercials on television say that I should be drinking Gatorade to replenish all lost from my workout, my go to sports drink comes already perfectly packaged by nature and is an excellent post workout beverage.
