As most of you know, I don’t eat meat, I don’t eat cheese, I don’t even eat cooked food. “So what do you eat?” is one of the most common questions that I receive on a daily basis.
Most people do not know this about me but I have always been and still am a very physically active person. I play as well as coach competitive soccer and on top of that I try to workout at least 3-4 times a week. Although the commercials on television say that I should be drinking Gatorade to replenish all lost from my workout, my go to sports drink comes already perfectly packaged by nature and is an excellent post workout beverage.
