Question 1

What does 'raw vegan' actually mean?

Accepted Answer

Raw vegan means eating only plant-based foods that haven't been heated above 118°F (48°C). This includes fresh fruits, vegetables, leafy greens, nuts, seeds, and sprouted grains. The idea is that cooking destroys enzymes and nutrients, so eating food in its natural state gives your body the most benefit.

Question 2

Do I have to go 100% raw right away?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. While Ashley went 100% raw overnight, most people transition gradually. Start with one raw meal a day, then two, and work your way up. The 7-Day Raw Reset guide is designed to help you ease in. Inside the Inner Circle, Ashley meets you where you are.

Question 3

Is a raw vegan diet safe? What about protein?

Accepted Answer

Ashley has been 100% raw vegan for 14+ years, went through three raw pregnancies, and raises her children this way. Leafy greens, hemp seeds, spirulina, and sprouted legumes are excellent protein sources. Inside the Inner Circle, Ashley shares exactly how she meets all her nutritional needs.

Question 4

What exactly do I get for $24.99/month?

Accepted Answer

Weekly live Zoom Q&A sessions with Ashley, a private community with tracking tools and accountability, exclusive raw recipes and food combining guides, natural parenting and pregnancy resources, exercise and fitness guidance, detox protocols, and direct access to Ashley. New content is added regularly.

Question 5

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes, absolutely. There are no contracts or commitments. You can cancel your Inner Circle membership at any time with no questions asked.

Question 6

What if I mess up or have cravings?

Accepted Answer

That's completely normal and expected. The Inner Circle community is judgment-free. Ashley and the members support each other through every step — the good days and the hard ones. You're never doing this alone.

Question 7

How quickly will I see results?

Accepted Answer

Many members report increased energy, better sleep, and clearer skin within the first week. Weight loss varies, but community members have reported losing 10-27+ lbs in their first month. The longer you stay consistent, the more dramatic the results.
