Ingredients:
1/2 cup green onion (chopped)
1 1/2 cups red bell pepper (chopped fine)
2 tbsp ground chia seeds
1/2 cup hemp seeds
3 cups mushrooms
Coconut aminos
2 cups walnuts
1 tbsp poultry seasoning
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
Step 1.) Take mushrooms and chop them into very fine small pieces.
Step 2.) Coat chopped mushrooms in coconut aminos and stir
Step 3.) Add the chopped green onion, red bell pepper, and marinated mushrooms, hemp seeds, and ground chia seeds to a large bowl.
Step 4.) Add walnuts and all of the spices to a food processor and process until the walnuts are completely grinded.
Step 5.) Add walnut mixture to the bowl with the mushrooms, green onion, red bell pepper, hemp seeds and ground chia seeds
Step 6.) Stir well and form into thick patties
Step 7.) Dehydrate for three hours at 115 degrees. Flip the patties over. Dehydrate for another three hours.
Yields 8-10 patties
Serve ½ to one whole patty over a large salad or inside romaine lettuce leaves
Note: You can grind your chia seeds in a vitamix
