As most of you know, I don’t eat meat, I don’t eat cheese, I don’t even eat cooked food. “So what do you eat?” is one of the most common questions that I receive on a daily basis. I eat a lot of fruit, vegetables, smoothies, green juices, as well as leafy greens and my body has absolutely been thriving on them solely for the last three and a half years. Like most people my food choice differs on different days depending on what is in season or what mood I am in, but every day I aim to eat as simple as possible.

I usually have my first meal around noon everyday and it is almost always fruit whether that be whole fruit, blended fruit smoothies, or frozen fruit like banana ice-cream.

My second meal usually happens between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.,  and it can vary between a green juice, a mono meal of mangos, or any other type of juicy fruit.

The final meal of the day is early and is never past 6:30 p.m. and this is the meal where I almost always have a large salad or a raw vegan meal such as raw spaghetti or collards wraps.

If I am ever craving something sweet I usually whip up some banana cinnamon rolls or blueberry ice-cream.

My day is always filled with nutrient rich, living, and colorful food. I choose to fuel my body with  food meant to make my body thrive, stay healthy and free of disease.
