All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital nature of our products, all purchases are non-refundable. Once a digital product has been delivered (via email, download link, or course access), the sale is considered final. This applies to all e-books, guides, bundles, and course enrollments sold through RawandRadiant.
Why We Have This Policy
Digital products cannot be "returned" in the same way physical goods can. Once you download an e-book or gain access to course materials, you have the full product. We put significant time, research, and personal experience into every resource we create, and this policy ensures we can continue doing that.
What This Covers
- •All e-books and digital guides (individual or bundle)
- •The RawandRadiant Method course ($397)
- •Any standalone digital product sold through this website
Subscriptions
The Inner Circle membership ($9.99/month) can be cancelled at any time. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.
Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue with downloading or accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly. We are committed to making sure you receive what you paid for.
