Vegan Vibes
Going vegan is great for literally everything, for your health, environment, and protecting our beloved animals. Not only is great for those things but also for your spiritual health as well. I am an avid promoter of a plant-based lifestyle for a lot of these reasons especially personal health reasons, but what most don’t realize is that by releasing all the harmful food like products from your diet that it will not only have a positive effect on you physically but mentally and spiritually too.
It is so hard to make the connection that food has on our entire being when you are eating bad food, but it really does and most vegans can attest to this. It weighs you down both on the scale and mentally as well. I personally experienced my mindset change from not negative per se, but from very nonchalant to very conscious and mentally alert. I stopped only thinking about myself and started to think more about how my actions impacted others.
When you fuel your body with the fruit and vegetables that nature intended, you become more free-spirited; you start worrying less, and you become mentally sharp. The positive outlook is enough that you will start to become more aware of things that don’t make you feel at your best. You will become aware of negative music, negative ads on television and much more things that lower your vibe. The consciousness that starts to happen when you simply make dietary changes is amazing and will make you feel more connected to earth itself rather than the material things that most people live and die for.
